What is Shikra London?
Shikra London is a heritage-inspired fashion brand blending traditional South Asian textiles with contemporary silhouettes. We embed vegan silk sarees into modern clothing such as denim jackets—creating a collection of wearable heirlooms.

Where are your products made?
Each piece is designed in London, manufactured in Tunisia, and trimmed with vegan silk sarees sourced from India—mindful design with cultural legacy.

What is a Limited Drop?
Our Limited Drop is a small run of jackets available now. Once sold, you can pre-order to guarantee a jacket in the next run, helping us produce responsibly with less waste.

What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes S–XL. If you’re between sizes or need help, contact us and we’ll guide you.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Yes—Limited Drop products are restocked. Pre-orders open once stock sells through so you can reserve your jacket. Join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram for updates.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries. Standard UK shipping is free on orders over £100. International shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated and shown at checkout. *Please note that customs and duties will be payable by the customer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• UK in-stock items: 3–5 business days once dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking number after shipment. Delays can occur due to courier or customs issues outside our control.
• International: Delivery times vary by country. Estimated delivery windows and any duties/taxes will be shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it.

Do you accept returns?
Yes—within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Returns shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Can I exchange for a different size?
We’re happy to help with exchanges where stock allows. Contact us to arrange this.

How should I care for my Shikra piece?

• Due to the delicate nature of the vegan silk saree, we recommend dry cleaning only.
